The Sales Enablement Regional Director drives sales excellence in the North Central region by implementing enablement strategies, collaborating with leadership, and supporting colleague onboarding and training.

Coordinates operational requirements for global and strategic customer accounts. Monitors work orders, purchase orders, invoicing, profitability, maintenance scheduling, customer systems, reports, renewals, quotes, and account processes. Supports Program Managers and Account Executives with customer communications, business reviews, playbooks, training, contract administration, and issue resolution. Requires strong customer service, financial, organizational, communication, analytical, and project coordination skills.

Analyzes and improves global sales operations, CRM governance, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, reporting, and account planning. The role monitors sales execution metrics, manages strategic partner program governance, identifies performance trends, recommends process improvements, and drives adoption of standardized processes across global sales teams. It also serves as a CRM governance subject matter expert and independently prioritizes operational initiatives.

Manage technical projects from award through closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, field installation oversight, subcontractor management, risk mitigation, customer communication, and financial reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget completion and customer satisfaction.

The Program Manager oversees data center projects, ensuring standards are met, managing client communications, implementing procedures, and driving project success across regions.
