Build and scale the revenue operations backbone by ensuring data integrity across Salesforce and BI tools, delivering standardized revenue reporting and insights, managing deal desk processes, documenting sales SOPs, driving automation and AI-enabled workflows, and leading cross-functional projects to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability for direct and partner-led retail media revenue streams.

Supports retail media planning from intake through campaign launch by validating inventory, developing planning recommendations, maintaining Salesforce opportunity data, coordinating cross-functional workflows, supporting quotes and campaign setup, and auditing processes and data. The role helps identify execution risks, improve operational efficiency, and build scalable planning workflows while partnering with Sales, Client Success, Operations, Analytics, Finance, and external partners.

Owned, grow, and retain a portfolio of CPG brand relationships; develop and close new business; build strategic, data-driven retail media proposals; partner with RMNs and internal teams to execute campaigns; maintain pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline to hit revenue targets.
