The Product Owner will lead product vision and delivery, manage the backlog, facilitate scrum processes, and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful product outcomes.

Partner with Implementation and CSM teams to onboard and support clinical research clients, analyze usage data, deliver training and Help Center content, provide custom reporting expertise, and drive product adoption with sponsors and site clients.

The Software QA Engineer II will develop and execute test strategies, perform manual testing, collaborate with teams, and ensure quality compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.
