Onboard clients, guide ESP integrations and feed setup, advise on promotional/triggered/lifecycle use cases, analyze performance to improve CTR/AOV/LTV, and drive revenue through upsell and expansion while influencing product and GTM strategy.

Lead analyst relations with tier-1 firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC), manage briefings and evaluation cycles, and maintain analyst intelligence. Design and run customer marketing and adoption campaigns, produce customer stories, and build a customer reference and advocacy program to drive awareness, adoption, and upsell opportunities.

Lead and scale partner marketing across ISV and SI partnerships in North America, APAC, and LATAM. Build and execute joint go-to-market programs that drive brand awareness and measurable pipeline, enable partners to recommend Constructor, and align cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Marketing to produce revenue impact.

Manage a mid-market sales territory end-to-end: run discovery, negotiate and close enterprise SaaS deals (often six-figure) with value-based selling, coordinate internal engineering/resources, shorten sales cycles, and relay customer feedback to product.

Own post-sale customer relationships to ensure successful integration and adoption of the search platform. Prioritize customer needs, coordinate engineering resources, troubleshoot support requests, create documentation and training, and align stakeholder expectations to drive revenue and satisfaction.
