Manage a mid-market sales territory end-to-end: run discovery, negotiate and close enterprise SaaS deals (often six-figure) with value-based selling, coordinate internal engineering/resources, shorten sales cycles, and relay customer feedback to product.

Own post-sale customer relationships to ensure successful integration and adoption of the search platform. Prioritize customer needs, coordinate engineering resources, troubleshoot support requests, create documentation and training, and align stakeholder expectations to drive revenue and satisfaction.

Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to drive upsell revenue and net revenue retention. Own renewals, upsell and cross-sell processes, pipeline reporting, customer QBRs, and pitching new product capabilities.
