Provide systems administration, troubleshooting, and Tier 2–3 support across Linux, macOS, and Windows environments. Manage hardware, applications, integrations, automations, networks, VPNs, and device management tools. Support Meraki networking, assist employees with AI tools, document processes, and collaborate with a Sweden-based IT team. This hands-on role is based in Austin, requires independent problem-solving, hardware handling, a valid driver’s license, and up to 15% domestic travel.
