As a Technical Product Manager at Mirantis, you will own the storage strategy for k0rdent AI, managing the development and features for GPU cloud storage while collaborating closely with engineering and marketing teams.

Lead go-to-market execution for k0rdent Enterprise: create positioning, messaging, sales enablement materials, support sales calls, run GTM launches, engage analysts, track competitive landscape and win/loss, gather customer insights, and own commercial performance and pipeline metrics.

Provide solutions architecture and technical guidance to enterprise customers for Mirantis Kubernetes Engine. Lead POCs and pilots, enable partners, develop best-practice assets, and advocate customer needs across Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle.

Own the technical relationship for a small set of strategic enterprise accounts, deeply understand customer platforms and roadmaps, drive product integration and adoption, run architecture and health cadences, accelerate support resolutions, and advocate customer needs into product and engineering. Collaborate with account teams and contribute reusable reference architectures and best practices. Travel to customer sites ~20-30%.

Lead operations for large-scale AI infrastructure: manage NVIDIA GPU and high-performance networking environments, troubleshoot Linux/Kubernetes/storage/hardware issues, drive incident response and root cause analysis, improve observability and automation, mentor engineers, and collaborate with engineering and datacenter teams to ensure platform reliability and scalability.

Design and implement control-plane services, CSI drivers, and tooling to provision and operate high-performance storage for Kubernetes AI/GPU workloads. Build observability, data-path, and automation (Terraform/OpenTofu, GitOps) for hybrid, bare-metal, and air-gapped deployments. Integrate enterprise and scale-out storage platforms and ensure secure, declarative provisioning across clusters.

Design, deploy, and operate high-performance NFS-based storage for GPU/AI Kubernetes platforms. Integrate storage via CSI, tune Linux/NFS/RDMA data paths, automate provisioning with IaC and GitOps, build observability, and troubleshoot performance and reliability across hybrid, edge, and air-gapped environments.

Develop positioning and messaging for Mirantis AI infrastructure products; translate technical capabilities into audience-specific content; own competitive intelligence; create technical assets (white papers, briefs, reference architectures, sales enablement); support GTM, launches, analyst/media briefings, and industry representation.

Operate and support production AI infrastructure across global datacenters, focusing on high-performance NVIDIA GPU platforms, Kubernetes, and high-speed networking. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure, network, hardware, and platform incidents; participate in incident response and root cause analysis; improve observability, automation, and operational runbooks.

Design, deploy, and maintain high-performance HPC network fabrics (InfiniBand/RoCE), troubleshoot complex latency/throughput issues, manage Fortinet security solutions, tune and monitor network performance, collaborate with compute/storage teams, document architectures, participate in on-call rotations, and support large-scale GPU/AI clusters and incident triage.
