Lead company-wide data and analytics strategy across insurance and real estate investment operations. Build governance, collection frameworks, reporting platforms, dashboards, models, and KPI systems; translate complex data into executive insights; automate analytics workflows; support underwriting, claims, forecasting, capital allocation, and portfolio performance; and build and mentor a high-performing analytics team while remaining hands-on.

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will lead development across the stack, design solutions, resolve issues, improve performance, and mentor colleagues, influencing the codebase and company culture.

Executes trade show and event programs across multiple brands, including logistics, vendor coordination, lead capture, budgets, collateral, and post-event reporting. Manages organic social media calendars, copy, design, short-form video, community engagement, paid social support, and monthly performance reporting. Own distribution, servicing, and customer success for SafeLease's self-storage insurance products. Build and scale direct and retail agent channels, manage partner relationships, run servicing operations, drive retention and expansion, and collaborate cross-functionally to hit revenue targets.

Lead accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls for an MGA and surplus lines carrier. Own GAAP and statutory (SAP/NAIC) reporting, audits, regulatory filings, treasury, tax compliance, intercompany consolidations, reinsurance and reserve accounting, and build a scalable accounting team and systems to support growth.
