The role focuses on scalable marketplace and platform products involving search, profiles, matching, recommendations, onboarding, monetization, trusted data, and network effects.

Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for client-facing analytics and AI insights. Deliver dashboards, reports, and conversational NLQ analytics. Partner with data engineering, data science, and platform teams to shape semantic models and LLM-backed analytics. Drive adoption with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams and use AI tools to accelerate product work.

Review and verify supplier Safety, Health and Environmental programs and training via desktop/manual audits. Provide gap closure assistance, regulatory guidance, customer support, and audit documentation. Meet SLA and quality metrics, respond to supplier inquiries within 24 hours, and travel up to 30% for training or meetings.
