Lead and scale Nerdio's Microsoft partner ecosystem to drive partner-sourced and Microsoft-influenced ARR growth. Build co-sell and marketplace motions, recruit and develop a high-performing ecosystem sales team, form executive Microsoft relationships, and establish repeatable partner-led demand generation and measurable ecosystem KPIs.

Manage deal desk approvals, enforce discount and data quality policies, process and reconcile orders, maintain Salesforce contract and renewal accuracy, and own end-to-end Microsoft Marketplace private offers and troubleshooting while partnering with sales and finance to protect margins and keep deals moving.

Manage and close Nerdio sales opportunities across the assigned Western US territory. Build and maintain pipeline and partner relationships with Microsoft and channel partners, achieve quota, qualify and close deals using partnership selling and MEDDPICC, present product demos, participate in field events, and coordinate internally to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery.

Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for Nerdio's external and internal events (NerdioCon, Microsoft Ignite, All-Hands, President's Club). Own event operations, technology stack, budgets, vendor negotiations, KPIs, cross-functional alignment, and a small team/agencies. Use AI to scale event workflows and ensure high-quality attendee experiences while driving pipeline and brand loyalty.

Lead Nerdio's global Microsoft co-sell strategy and team to drive Microsoft-influenced revenue, expand marketplace transactable sales, build senior Microsoft sponsorship, and establish repeatable joint go-to-market motions across regions.
