Serve as a technical bridge between customers and the Chaos Labs platform: lead technical discovery, evaluate architecture and integrations, prototype and build solutions, debug end-to-end, and translate early deployments into scalable technical patterns while collaborating with Product, Sales, and Engineering.

Design and deploy ML systems for enterprise search, recommendations, retrieval, and AI agents. Build scalable data/ML pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and metrics. Apply statistics, experimentation, and causal inference to guide product decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally, prototype LLM-based capabilities (embeddings, RAG), and mentor junior team members.

Build responsive React + TypeScript frontends and scalable Python/Rust backend services and APIs. Integrate with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), design databases, CI/CD, tests, and monitor reliability, performance, security, and cost. Optionally develop LLM/RAG/embeddings/vector database AI features.

Build end-to-end AI-native features: responsive React/TypeScript frontends, Python/Rust backends, cloud integrations (AWS/GCP), databases, CI/CD, observability, and optionally LLM/RAG/embeddings-based AI features while improving reliability, performance, security, and cost.
