Own full sales cycle for MedScout's revenue acceleration platform, targeting large medical device and diagnostics companies. Act as a go-to-market consultant, build pipeline, engage C-suite/VPs, close enterprise deals, collaborate with product/marketing, represent the company at ~8–10 events per year, and influence product development to meet customer needs.

Own inbound support via Intercom, provision accounts and territories, triage and escalate bugs with clear repro steps, resolve billing issues, build a self-serve knowledge base, configure support platform features (help center, workflows, bots), and deliver one-off trainings to reduce repetitive tickets.
