Own Backblaze’s analytics transformation and semantic layers using dbt and Snowflake. Build governed data models, certified metrics, lineage, testing, documentation, and auditable financial-reporting data products. Establish engineering standards and scalable delivery practices while partnering with Data Engineering, Finance, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Business Intelligence. Translate ambiguous reporting needs into trusted entities, metrics, and source-of-truth models, with emphasis on data quality, stakeholder adoption, and AI-ready foundations.

Lead and coordinate CloudOps strategic projects from planning through closeout. Manage integrations from certification to co-sell, produce joint technical assets, run partner program operations, and deliver partner-sourced pipeline and co-branded reference architectures to meet FY2026 OKRs.

Lead OEM and silicon partnerships to design Backblaze B2 into GPU and AI infrastructure stacks, close OEM/ODM deals, and deliver co-branded reference architectures that drive partner-influenced ARR and published analyst validation.

Work on Backblaze's storage platform (B2 Object Storage and Computer Backup) to improve durability, throughput, and architecture. Lead technical design, drive implementation of large features, shape coding practices, and participate across design, implementation, testing, and rollouts while collaborating proactively in a remote-first team.

Manage day-to-day operational health and commercial relationships for multi-million dollar strategic accounts. Coordinate across Support, Engineering, and Product to resolve issues, drive expansion pipeline, negotiate renewals, and prepare executives for high-stakes meetings. Serve as the technical-facing account owner, translating cloud storage capabilities into customer solutions and building deep relationships across infrastructure, DevOps, FinOps, and procurement stakeholders.

Design and own post-sales programs (onboarding, service standards, VOC, enablement, partner readiness). Synthesize CSAT/NPS and support signals into product and ops improvements, build scalable enablement and partner onboarding, track program health (time-to-value, NRR, retention), and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive retention and expansion.
