Develop and implement strategic sourcing and category management strategies to optimize cost, quality, supplier relationships, and supply chain reliability. Responsibilities include procurement cost analysis, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, logistics contingency planning, data analysis, and procurement team leadership. Secures new customers, achieves annual quotas, develops account and business plans, establishes channel and systems-integrator relationships, sets win strategies, conducts presentations, forecasts sales, and provides competitive and market intelligence. Requires strong wireless communications expertise and established industry relationships.
