Lead global compensation design and administration across US, India, and Canada. Maintain job architecture in Kamsa, run biannual compensation cycles, perform market pricing and internal equity analyses, support promotions/off-cycle pay, produce reports/dashboards, partner with HR/Finance/Legal/Payroll, and support pay equity, commission programs, and compensation-related training and documentation.

Lead and execute social media strategy across organic, paid, and influencer channels. Create written, visual, and video content; manage content calendar, community engagement, campaigns, and influencer relationships. Run paid social campaigns and A/B tests, analyze KPIs (engagement, reach, traffic, leads, ROAS), produce reports, and collaborate cross-functionally with agencies, content, legal, sales, and analytics to ensure compliant, measurable growth.
