Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain responsive web applications and back-end services for mortgage origination, servicing, sales, and operations. Create and optimize RESTful APIs, integrations, databases, and reusable UI components; ensure security, accessibility, performance, and CI/CD-driven delivery while collaborating with stakeholders and participating in Agile processes.

Serve as a flexible underwriting resource covering pipelines, absorbing overflow, and updating post-closing files. Underwrite across agency products per guidelines and investor overlays, maintain communication with leadership, ensure quality and compliance, and work remotely with schedule flexibility.

Provide bilingual condo project processing: obtain and verify condo documentation, review project questionnaires, budgets and insurance, prepare approval summaries, submit complete files to underwriters, manage pipeline and LOS documentation, and assist closing/secondary/servicing to clear outstanding items.

Manage end-to-end mortgage loan processing and borrower communication. Review and audit income, assets, credit, disclosures, and documentation. Pre-underwrite files, manage pipelines across loan products, ensure regulatory compliance, and set up loans to fit borrowers' needs.

Evaluate borrower files to determine loan eligibility and prepare clear mortgage pre-approvals. Review credit, income, assets, DU/LPA findings, recommend loan programs, prepare approval letters, and communicate results to borrowers and Realtors while maintaining CRM records.

Manage end-to-end residential mortgage processes, communicate loan programs and disclosures to borrowers, audit documentation, pre-underwrite files, manage pipelines across loan products, ensure regulatory compliance, and set up loans to best fit borrower needs.
