Serve as liaison for borrowers and internal teams to review, pre-underwrite, and prepare mortgage files. Audit income/assets, run AUS (DU/LP), verify credit, compile disclosures, and recommend optimal loan programs across Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, 203k, and reverse products to support loan approvals.

Manage and oversee the end-to-end pre-approval loan process, communicate program options and costs to borrowers, review and audit income/assets/credit, run DU/LP, prepare disclosures, pre-underwrite documentation, and maintain pipelines across Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203k, Jumbo, and reverse mortgage products.

Prepare and review mortgage closing documents (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA), ensure regulatory compliance (TRID, RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending), communicate with internal teams and settlement agents, produce and validate Closing Disclosures and fees, maintain closing pipeline and delivery timelines, authorize funding, and handle post-closing corrections and disclosures.

Provide legal counsel and manage responses to federal and state regulatory examinations, audits, and information requests. Coordinate documentation, track findings and remediation, update policies, and advise senior leadership on examination strategy and compliance matters.
