Manage moderate-complexity manufacturing operations projects from initiation through completion. Develop project charters, plans, budgets, communication strategies, and risk mitigation plans. Coordinate Operations, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Marketing stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Lead project teams and meetings, track progress, provide status reporting, resolve issues, and communicate project goals and updates to management.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with quality assurance procedures, conducting audits, supporting product development, and authoring documentation, among other duties.

The Manager of Process Engineering will lead a team in developing and implementing manufacturing processes for new products while ensuring design transfer to production and improving manufacturing efficiency.
