Provides independent second-line oversight and credible challenge for operational risk across banking businesses. Reviews risk assessments, controls, indicators, incidents, losses, remediation, change risk, and third-party risk. Advises first-line teams, facilitates risk workshops, supports regulatory exams and executive reporting, and coordinates enterprise risk responses. The role also advances automation and AI-enabled monitoring while influencing stakeholders, managing initiatives, and strengthening risk culture.

Analyze and report on loan, deposit, and credit card pricing strategies; develop dashboards and reports; answer banker pricing inquiries; support product strategy; ensure processes comply with risk, audit, and regulatory requirements; prepare executive presentations; and contribute to Treasury projects.

Provides commercial lending support to relationship managers and banking clients. Reviews and funds loans, manages portfolio exceptions, processes overdrafts and lines-of-credit withdrawals, coordinates loan closings, and communicates with attorneys, insurers, title companies, and other professionals. Assists with appraisals, flood determinations, UCC filings, and OFAC-related processes. Requires banking customer service experience, client specialist experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with LaserPro and loan documentation.

Develops and executes Treasury Management sales strategies for existing, new, and prospective commercial clients. Drives revenue and sales goals through networking, client needs analysis, product proposals, working capital analysis, and partnership with Relationship Managers. Provides treasury product demonstrations and training, supports onboarding, manages analyst workloads, tracks implementation timelines, and prepares reports for management. Requires strong knowledge of treasury products, pricing, payment and receivable processes, and cash flow analysis.

Designs, consults on, and delivers talent development and learning solutions for business units, including training plans, workshops, virtual instruction, job aids, and online modules. Partners with leaders and Talent teams to align learning with strategy and culture, manage role readiness, engage learners through the LMS, and evaluate program effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model and business-impact measures.

Owns strategy, pricing, profitability, lifecycle management, and governance for treasury management products. Leads pricing optimization, ECR strategy, account analysis, product development, analytics, regulatory alignment, and client experience initiatives. Partners with Finance, Technology, Operations, Sales, Risk, Compliance, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions, manage product performance, support pricing negotiations, and develop executive reporting and business cases.
