Qualify inbound and outbound leads for STARLIMS, rapidly respond to prospects, book high-quality meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, research accounts, capture customer requirements, and provide feedback to sales and marketing to help grow pipeline and conversions.

Partner with the CEO and executive team to translate strategy into actionable plans, run cross-functional programs (product launches, M&A integration, GTM), own ELT and board meeting operations, build company-wide OKR and QBR processes, and create reporting systems that drive accountability and execution.
