Directs the firm-wide conflicts function, overseeing conflict checks, ethical walls, policies, technology, reporting, audits, budgets, and operational improvements. Partners with Risk Management and the Office of General Counsel, trains and develops conflicts personnel, manages projects, and ensures quality, compliance, timely service, and effective collaboration across a multi-office law firm.

Manages the firm’s marketing technology stack, including CRM, experience management, websites, CMS, analytics, email marketing, and automation platforms. Responsibilities include system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, reporting, data stewardship, implementation support, user training, adoption, SEO, compliance, and continuous optimization. The role supervises marketing technology administrators and collaborates with marketing, business development, IT, vendors, and attorneys to improve technology effectiveness and data-driven decision-making.

Leads the firm-wide Billing Department, managing billing managers, complex billing issues, revenue cycle risks, process improvements, reporting, month-end procedures, proformas, and billing technology initiatives. Partners with attorneys, firm leadership, and receivables teams to improve accuracy, efficiency, data integrity, and conversion of work-in-progress into billed and collected revenue.

Conflicts Counsel reviews and resolves conflicts of interest involving new matters, lateral hires, outside counsel guidelines, engagement agreements, waivers, and ethical walls. The role advises attorneys, staff, partners, and leadership; maintains conflicts records and databases; supports lateral candidate clearance and onboarding; delivers ethics training; and ensures compliance with professional responsibility rules. Experience with Intapp Open and Intapp Terms, strong legal analysis and writing skills, and an active U.S. law license are required or preferred.

Coordinates the full conflict-of-interest resolution process, including advanced searches, conflict analysis, attorney and staff communications, documentation, workflow tracking, quality assurance, lateral hire clearances, team mentoring, work assignment coordination, client services, reporting, and special projects.

Provides attorneys and paralegals with litigation data management and case organization support. Responsibilities include managing, analyzing, and maintaining databases; reviewing data for inconsistencies; storing documents in NetDocs; communicating data changes; and supporting legal AI adoption. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, time management, Microsoft Office proficiency, electronic court filing experience, and two years of litigation experience. Asbestos experience is preferred, along with meeting a 1,000-hour billable requirement.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, leading talent strategy, workforce planning, succession planning, organizational change, performance management, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and offboarding. Collaborates with HR teams on people projects, analyzes workforce metrics, and presents actionable recommendations to leadership. Supports managers and employees through complex organizational and employment matters while ensuring alignment with policies, business objectives, and labor laws.

Leads architecture, integration strategy, governance, and technical roadmaps for the firm’s financial and administrative application ecosystem. Defines standards and reusable integration patterns, evaluates modernization and cloud opportunities, guides reporting and analytics architecture, reviews solution designs, mentors technical teams, and advises stakeholders and vendors. Supports platforms including Elite 3E, Intapp, UKG, Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

Dockets intellectual property deadlines for patent and trademark matters across domestic and foreign offices. Reviews filings, verifies docket accuracy, de-dockets completed deadlines, prepares matter reports, responds to attorney and staff inquiries, processes abandoned and transferred matters, supports portfolio onboarding, and helps improve docketing procedures. Requires knowledge of patent and trademark prosecution, IP docketing software, spreadsheet management, and applicable domestic and international filing regulations.

Leads support, administration, service delivery, reporting, vendor relationships, and lifecycle management for financial and administrative applications. Oversees application incidents, operational metrics, business intelligence solutions, dashboards, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Billing, Procurement, HR, and other stakeholders while managing and developing support and operations teams. Supports platforms including Elite 3E, Intapp, UKG, Power BI, and SSRS.
