Serve as primary post-sales advisor for mid-market fintech and financial institution accounts. Lead onboarding, out-of-the-box implementations, integrations, and training for 80–100 accounts. Drive product adoption, retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities; run business reviews, monitor usage/health metrics, and document customer feedback to optimize outcomes.

Lead the Data Sources product roadmap for document parsing, fraud detection, and bank aggregation. Drive metrics (parse accuracy, fraud catch rate, connection success, SLAs), write specs, engage clients, mentor PMs/engineers, and represent the platform externally. Prioritize document types, extraction models, reliability, and scalability to improve conversion, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across mortgage, tenant screening, and government use cases.

Serve as the technical post-sales lead for public sector accounts: manage onboarding, solution design, integrations, training, health checks, and metrics. Proactively resolve technical issues, drive product adoption and expansion, and partner with Product and Engineering to advocate customer needs and improve outcomes.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for government accounts post-sale: lead onboarding, design and integration, execute technical account plans, deliver training, monitor usage/health, drive adoption and advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering.
