Provide design reviews, documentation, and guidance to delivery teams while collaborating with stakeholders and recommending declarative vs custom approaches.

Lead and govern end-to-end Salesforce platform architecture across multi-org environments. Define org strategy, security, data and integration architectures, Experience Cloud and FSC designs, enterprise DevOps standards, and development automation. Mentor engineers, run design reviews, enforce compliance and scalability, and serve as technical escalation for large regulated enterprises.

Provide on-site consulting for a Generative AI platform, working Eastern Time hours. Collaborate with stakeholders, implement or support platform usage, and communicate effectively with teams and clients.

Design, build, and operate a secure, scalable Generative AI platform on AWS (including Bedrock) to support production LLM applications in regulated financial environments. Own platform lifecycle: architecture, deployment, operations, monitoring, incident management, reliability, and performance. Implement LLM inference, RAG, Agents, guardrails, observability, security controls, access management, compliance, and cost optimization. Provide production support, reliability engineering, and AI governance.

Serve as a Workday functional SME for Finance and HR: gather client requirements, configure Workday Financials and HR modules, conduct testing and UAT, lead training, provide post-implementation support, perform fit-gap analysis and change management, document solutions, and collaborate on integrations and project delivery.
