Educates existing OEC customers about the PartsTech platform through high-volume outbound calls and email. Researches and pre-qualifies accounts, engages decision-makers, generates platform signups, documents activities in Salesforce, and meets sales targets and performance metrics. This hybrid role requires at least 50 daily dials and onsite work in Bee Cave, Texas, three days per week.

Designs application technology roadmaps, architectural blueprints, scalable cloud-native solutions, and modernization initiatives. Advises product and technology teams on application architecture, microservices, APIs, security, and deployment. Develop territory sales plans, achieve revenue targets, maintain customer relationships, identify upgrade opportunities, respond to inquiries, produce territory reports, and document activity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Partner with Customer Success on post-sale onboarding.

Directs the Revenue Enablement function, setting strategy, roadmaps, budgets, and performance goals for GTM enablement. Leads managers and staff, oversees hiring and development, and delivers onboarding, sales readiness, training, content, and standardized sales methodology programs. Partners cross-functionally to align enablement with product and market needs, measures impact through revenue KPIs, manages Seismic and Outreach, and leads AI-driven process improvements.

Provides consulting, coaching, training, and quality assessments for OEM-certified collision repair facilities. Advises repair centers on OEM standards, repair planning, compliance, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, profitability, and safe repair practices. Conducts onsite facility visits, reviews repairs and processes, implements improvement plans, documents activities, and reports results. The role requires frequent travel to assigned facilities near Louisville, Indianapolis, Columbus, Detroit, or Chicago.

Leads product marketing strategy for automotive SaaS products, including messaging, market intelligence, content strategy, sales enablement, thought leadership, product launches, and performance metrics. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to differentiate products, generate demand, support sales productivity, and drive customer awareness and pipeline. Manages and develops a product marketing team while standardizing the function and coordinating global launches.

Manage product relationships with large collision-repair operator accounts, translating customer insights, market research, and data into roadmaps and user stories. Coordinate Sales, Support, Implementation, Engineering, and User Experience teams; shape marketplace capabilities across catalog, pricing, search, and transactions; explore artificial intelligence applications; track adoption, conversion, retention, and gross merchandise value; and lead go-to-market initiatives.

Lead enterprise database migrations to AWS managed services, primarily Amazon RDS for SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL. Architect highly available, secure, observable database environments; establish Terraform and CI/CD standards; manage performance, scalability, incidents, and root cause analysis; and mentor DBA teams through a multi-year cloud transformation.
