Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to implement and integrate the Finxact core banking platform. Gather and document requirements, configure integrations, define core banking workflows, produce functional specifications and user stories, support sprint activities, UAT, and production validation, and monitor project issues and risks.

Hands-on technical lead to design and implement production-ready AI/ML solutions (50-70% coding). Responsibilities include end-to-end ML workflows, data preparation, model integration, scalable API/microservice architectures, cloud-native deployment (Azure/AWS), data engineering with Pandas/NumPy, use of Scikit-Learn/TensorFlow/PyTorch, and production DevOps practices. Collaborate with front-end teams, run diagnostics, fix defects, document processes, and recommend technical improvements.

Design, implement, and test Java-based backend features and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot. Integrate with Vue.js front-end, write JUnit/Mockito tests, manage CI/CD pipelines, deploy containerized apps to AWS EKS, and build serverless functions with AWS Lambda.

Lead execution of B2C/B2B product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, collaborate with UX, developers and stakeholders, perform data analysis, troubleshoot performance issues, influence cross-functional teams, prepare product documentation, and drive continuous product improvements to meet customer and business objectives.

Use data and user research to inform designs, run usability testing and workshops, integrate design systems into engineering workflows, communicate design decisions to stakeholders, explore AI tools to improve UX processes, and ensure seamless handoffs while advocating for user-centered, end-to-end solutions.

Design, develop, test, and deploy secure smart contracts and DApps on platforms like Ethereum and Solana. Manage digital asset lifecycle (issuance, settlement, custody), integrate blockchain components with front-end/back-end using Web3 libraries, perform security audits, and optimize performance and scalability.

Build and maintain automated test suites and perform manual testing to ensure product quality. Train squads on test management, improve test coverage, troubleshoot data issues, and promote strong quality practices within Agile teams.

Benchmark and optimize latency and throughput for an agentic AI platform. Stress-test multi-agent concurrency, RAG/vector DB retrieval, token throughput, orchestration hand-offs, and integrate automated performance regression tests into CI/CD while balancing cost versus performance.
