Identify, qualify, advance, negotiate, and close enterprise sales opportunities for public safety software solutions. Build territory pipelines, meet quotas, manage complex government buying cycles, demonstrate products, communicate value to agency decision-makers, and maintain customer relationships. Use MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, persona-based value mapping, AI-enabled sales tools, and Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities and forecasts. Travel up to 75% and comply with CJIS security requirements.

Lead global brand, content and external communications to strengthen Versaterm's market position. Oversee media and analyst relations, executive visibility, product launches, crisis management, content strategy, creative direction, and cross-functional alignment. Build team capability, integrate AI into workflows, and measure impact of communications to drive awareness and growth.
