Lead full-lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, from planning through go-live and post-implementation support. Manage client engagements, requirements gathering, process optimization, project reporting, troubleshooting, training, and client communications. Partner with sales on demonstrations and Statements of Work, advise clients on platform capabilities, lead teams, and stay current with Business Central releases and industry trends.

Performs financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and private equity transactions. Prepares quality of earnings reports, balance sheet reviews, financial statements, transaction advisory reports, and valuation analyses. Performs IT SOX and IT General Controls audits, including control identification, walkthroughs, design and operating effectiveness testing, audit documentation, deficiency assessment, and management letter preparation. Evaluates client systems, platforms, security, databases, cloud environments, and application change controls while supporting multiple concurrent engagements and meeting project deadlines.

Designs and maintains Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud platforms, including landing zones, governance, monitoring, identity, networking, security, backup, resiliency, and cost controls. The role establishes engineering standards, automates configuration and onboarding, improves operational readiness, documents procedures, collaborates across infrastructure and security teams, and mentors engineers. Requires extensive Microsoft cloud administration and platform engineering experience.

Drives business development, client relationships, engagement economics, and delivery quality while leading multidisciplinary teams. Establishes integration governance, manages Day 1 readiness and post-close execution, develops practice methodologies, and recruits and coaches future leaders.
