Manages client relationships to achieve retention, renewals, and business objectives. The role monitors KPIs, addresses client concerns, coordinates product and project deliveries, and communicates with internal and external stakeholders. It also partners with business development to identify expansion opportunities and renew assigned services. The position requires experience in construction or facilities management, account management skills, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project, and willingness to travel using a valid driver’s license and personal transportation.

Leads financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, risk management, audits, payroll, internal controls, and financial analysis. Partners with executive leadership, joint ventures, government agencies, insurers, and unions to support operational decisions and improve margins. Oversees accounting policies, government contracting requirements, payroll for more than 600 employees, and annual 401K and CPA audits.

Manage and grow assigned facility management accounts to ensure client retention and renewal. Build stakeholder relationships, resolve escalations, monitor KPIs and financial performance, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate cross-department delivery while upholding safety and service standards.
