Develop and maintain broker and seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. Source and approve new brokers, train and advise on company programs and systems, act as liaison across underwriting/processing/closing to ensure timely loan closings and purchases, manage pipeline and CRM, ensure regulatory and company compliance, and provide high-level customer service.

Requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, problem-solving, and mortgage servicing knowledge.

Reviews FHA Part A mortgage insurance claims for accuracy, verifies foreclosure and default timelines, confirms required documentation, communicates corrections, documents quality checks, and submits finalized claims for agency payment. The role also identifies trends, ensures compliance with investor and agency guidelines, and manages multiple deadlines while supporting default servicing processes.

Leads enterprise product and technology integrations, cross-functional projects, AI and automation initiatives, business analysis, vendor coordination, executive communications, and change adoption. Develops requirements, implementation plans, business cases, risk strategies, and executive reporting while ensuring initiatives meet scope, schedule, compliance, and organizational objectives.

Completes and monitors residential mortgage bankruptcy ledgers, including proofs of claim, motions for relief, notices, reconciliations, filings, and closures. Verifies payment histories, resolves discrepancies, researches servicing records, handles escalated inquiries, performs manual calculations, and supports bankruptcy documentation. The role also identifies process improvements, coordinates with internal teams and IT, provides training, and may sign bankruptcy documents. Requires strong accounting, research, communication, organizational, and deadline-management skills.
