The Administrative Assistant will provide operational support to the Portfolio Leader and Director of Corporate Development, manage data and processes in Salesforce, create high-quality presentations, and assist with internal communication and administrative tasks.

Owns product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery for property tax and assessment software. Translates legislation, regulatory requirements, and customer processes into functional designs, business rules, acceptance criteria, and scalable system capabilities. Collaborates with customers, engineering, QA, implementation, and sales teams across Agile/Scrum delivery. Supports fit analysis, release planning, documentation, demos, RFP responses, and continuous improvement while using AI-enabled tools to improve workflows and analysis.

Rotational internship across Customer Support, Product Management, and Customer Success. Provide technical support, manage incidents, improve incident intake and workflows, test support processes, use AI tools and automation, support account management tasks, gather end-user requirements for data pipelines and reporting, analyze source data for quality issues, and create technical documentation.

Design, develop, and maintain MSSQL databases, RESTful APIs, C#/.NET Core backend services, and Angular front-end applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot and optimize performance, participate in code reviews, and adopt AI-enabled tools to improve workflows. Remote role with ~10% travel and requirement for valid passport.

Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for features, bug fixes, integrations, and releases. Investigate, document, track, and validate defects and customer issues. Communicate release changes and draft release notes. Use AI-assisted tools when appropriate and contribute to QA process and standards improvements.

Manage end-to-end software implementation projects including planning, stakeholder communication, resource and financial management, risk mitigation, change management, testing, training, deployment, and transitioning to support. Prepare project plans, proposals, status reports, and run post-implementation reviews while contributing to PMO standards and process improvements. May require nationwide travel and extended schedules.

This role involves leading a team to optimize revenue cycle processes, improve client relationships, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The M&A professional will support acquisition strategies by conducting research, meeting prospects, analyzing deals, and managing diligence throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Lead sourcing and evaluation of vertical-market software acquisition targets, build relationships with founders and executives, advance deals with senior leadership and M&A team, use AI tools and maintain CRM discipline, mentor colleagues to strengthen sourcing and investment judgment, and travel across the U.S. and Canada as needed.

Provide technical phone support and document all customer interactions in the ticketing system. Diagnose and fix software issues, install and update applications, databases and OS components, train users, identify revenue and process-improvement opportunities, and report status to the manager while collaborating with Support, Development, Professional Services, and Product teams.
