The role manages ADP payroll cycles, reconciliations, employee questions, recurring regulatory deadlines, and business process improvements across multiple states. It requires strong attention to detail, process ownership, deadline management, technology proficiency, and coordination with Finance, tax advisors, legal counsel, and external vendors.
