Leads strategic business development and partnership growth for tax-related financial products. Builds relationships with tax firms, software providers, associations, and fintech partners; develops market expansion strategies; negotiates agreements; manages opportunity pipelines; supports product adoption and revenue growth; conducts executive presentations; analyzes markets and competitors; and collaborates across sales, product, operations, compliance, marketing, and leadership.

Leads first-line business risk advisory for commercial finance, assessing and mitigating credit, regulatory, operational, financial, and reputational risks. Leads end-to-end fraud operations, including Level 1 alert operations, Level 2 investigations, fraud intelligence, queue management, escalations, service levels, and operational risk response. Manages subordinate managers, establishes investigative and documentation standards, monitors KPIs and KRIs, supports audits and OCC examinations, and partners on detection, controls, quality assurance, and regulatory referrals.
