Lead and coach a 10–12 person outbound SMB sales team onsite in Austin. Maintain on-floor presence, run daily rhythms, conduct live and recorded call coaching, manage performance metrics (dials, talk time, show/close rates), own forecasting, support recruiting and ramp, and enforce accountability and culture.

Make 70–80 outbound cold calls daily to sell digital marketing and SaaS to small business owners. Set appointments, handle objections, build pipeline, and ramp to running full sales cycles by month two. Participate in daily coaching, call reviews, and team huddles. On-site role with clear commission, promotion, and earnings upside.
