Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product teams, including intake, outbound sourcing, candidate assessment, interview execution, and offers. Lead business-critical migrations with minimal downtime, establish reliable deployment and rollback practices, mentor engineers, participate in on-call, and build secure infrastructure supporting AI-assisted development.

Own product-market fit, positioning, messaging, and major product launches for Voltus’s distributed energy resource platform. Partner closely with product, engineering, and sales to incorporate customer insights, enable sellers, and translate complex energy technology into clear messaging for broad B2B audiences. The role begins as an individual contributor and may grow into leadership of a small product marketing team. Travel is required for events, conferences, and sales meetings, with flexibility across U.S. time zones.

Manage end-to-end onboarding and ongoing account support for commercial and industrial customers in demand-response energy programs. Serve as primary customer contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive timely market entry, maintain accurate records, and support sales to grow customer relationships and revenue.

Owns end-to-end Salesforce administration for the Go-to-Market organization, including configuration, automation, security, integrations, reporting, data quality, release management, governance, and user training. Design and own a 90-day onboarding program, create and maintain sales playbooks and training content, run recurring training (remote and in-person), manage the Lessonly LMS, analyze training gaps, and lead cross-functional enablement projects to accelerate sales ramp and performance.
