The Benefits Analyst will support project work in client services, including data management, compliance documentation, and benefits administration.

Manage and coach a team of SDRs, drive top-of-funnel performance, optimize tech stack, and enhance account distribution strategy while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

The Solutions Consultant develops new business, advises clients on alternate funding strategies, and delivers financial insights, leveraging expertise in employee benefits consulting to guide decisions.
