Diagnose adoption issues, create recovery plans, coordinate integration work with software engineers, and relay customer feedback to product teams. Partner with sales on expansions and help establish deployment playbooks, implementation guides, and training materials.

Partner with account executives to lead technical discovery, demos, proofs of concept, and pilots for an AI-native requirements platform. Translate customer engineering workflows into product solutions, address technical and security questions, complete questionnaires, and provide product feedback. Support customers across aerospace, defense, automotive, and regulated hardware environments, collaborating with product, engineering, and forward-deployed teams through deployment handoff.
