Lead insurance product and portfolio underwriting initiatives, including automated underwriting projects, product management across carrier partners, E&S product development, implementation coordination, risk selection, compliance, data reporting, and operational improvements. Partner with Insurance, Product, Claims, Data, Technology, and Revenue teams to translate underwriting strategy into scalable processes, improve controls, and support growth opportunities while maintaining underwriting integrity and alignment with risk appetite.

Manage partner relationships, retention, onboarding, training, service requests, escalations, and operational workflows. Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned accounts, monitor satisfaction and engagement metrics, conduct business reviews, resolve issues cross-functionally, and support renewal and retention initiatives. Collaborate with account executives, insurance, revenue operations, and technology teams to improve partner experience and operational efficiency.

Own end-to-end remediation projects addressing SOC 2, ITGC, security, privacy, AI governance, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, translate compliance requirements into technical work, manage risks and dependencies, track risk treatment plans, and report progress to executives. Support annual risk assessments, auditor coordination, GRC tooling, dashboards, and process improvements across concurrent projects.

Manages operational quality assurance, audits, compliance reviews, process improvement, documentation, metrics, and employee training. The role investigates discrepancies, maintains SOPs and knowledge resources, supports audits, develops onboarding and refresher training, and partners with Claims and cross-functional teams to improve accuracy, efficiency, and operational readiness.

Manage Azure infrastructure and AKS clusters, build GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, and improve Grafana-based observability and incident response. Define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets; maintain infrastructure as code with Pulumi; troubleshoot reliability issues; perform capacity planning and performance tuning; participate in on-call support; and document operational procedures. Collaborate with development teams to deliver scalable, reliable production systems.

Handle moderate-complexity commercial property and casualty claims, including investigation, coverage analysis, reserve recommendations, negotiations, litigation coordination, subrogation, and risk transfer. Maintain claim records, oversee vendors and TPA staff, collaborate with underwriting and cross-functional teams, prepare reports for senior management, and attend occasional mediations, trials, and related proceedings.

Manages complex insurance operational processes across payments, renewals, claims, and commissions. Serves as a subject matter expert, resolves billing and account issues, maintains controls and documentation, supports audits and system testing, and leads process improvement initiatives. Partners cross-functionally with Finance, Claims, Underwriting, Product, Engineering, and Customer Care to improve accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes.

Administer identity and access security programs, including access reviews, privileged access management, endpoint privilege controls, and Azure PIM. Support compliance audits through evidence collection, triage SIEM and endpoint alerts, manage phishing simulations, document procedures, and track vulnerability remediation. Partner with IT, engineering, and compliance teams to improve security processes and posture in a cloud-native environment.
