Build and ship AI-enabled coaching product features from 0-to-1; design application capabilities on top of foundational models; translate coaching workflows into AI agents; build data pipelines and integrations; and educate the team on data and AI best practices.

Lead product vision and roadmap for an AI-powered coaching platform, prioritizing coach- and member-facing features. Translate coaching methodology into product, run discovery and user research, partner with engineering and design, support coaching operations, engage HR buyers, and leverage AI tools to augment coaching while driving team processes and execution.
