This role involves leading a team of BDRs, managing outbound sales targets, and executing strategic outreach to engage CPG, Retail, and Telecommunications sectors.

Perform outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads, conduct discovery calls, collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing, and meet quarterly meeting targets while refining outreach tactics and maintaining CRM.
