Provide white-glove account setup, maintenance, and issue resolution for high-value Key Accounts. Perform account analyses, compliance verifications, data audits, and master data updates using CRM, SAP, and related systems. Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, create SNOW tickets for master data changes, partner with Sales and cross-functional teams, and identify process improvements while meeting quality and productivity standards.

The Security Engineer will design and implement security controls, enhance security posture, collaborate with IT, and leverage AI tools for cybersecurity. Key responsibilities include managing documentation and leading security initiatives.

Support and optimize SAP BPC planning and management reporting processes, ensure actuals reconcile to reported results, provide ad-hoc reporting and user support, automate processes, maintain BPC environments, develop load rules/business rules/calculation scripts, manage data/hierarchies/security, and support patches, upgrades and migrations while documenting processes and training users.

Lead SAP SAC planning implementation and ongoing support for commercial finance. Partner with commercial finance teams and consultants to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy planning solutions. Troubleshoot load rules, business rules, and calculation scripts; drive process improvements, automation, documentation, and integration with SAP actuals. Serve as SAC subject-matter-expert, coordinate patches/upgrades with BTS, and communicate progress to leadership and steering committee.
