Lead product quality for new product introduction and volume ramp of PCP products for AI datacenters. Drive continuous improvement, analyze DPPM and customer returns, ensure customer-specific quality requirements and audit readiness, lead cross-functional problem solving, manage supplier excursions and escalations, and represent the business on external standards committees.

Translate technical concepts into customer-facing materials and lead collaboration across engineering, product, sales, and global teams.

Architect and define high-bandwidth, automotive-grade Ethernet routing engines and PCIe subsystems (Gen5/6, SR-IOV) for zonal/central compute. Ensure TSN support, ASIL-B/D functional safety, NoC/CHI integration, hardware security (SecOC), and robust clock/reset/power management for AD and cockpit systems.

Develop and verify mixed-signal models and SystemVerilog/Verilog testbenches for digital multiphase voltage regulators. Model and simulate regulator behavior across scenarios, verify PWM, phase management, current sensing, telemetry, protections, and control-loop interactions. Debug mixed-signal/RTL/firmware interactions, build assertions/checkers/coverage or UVM flows, and collaborate with analog, digital, firmware, validation, and architecture teams.

Lead applications engineering for digitally enabled multiphase VR power-management ICs. Support product definition, FPGA prototyping, customer technical engagements, lab validation and automation, cross-functional design tradeoffs, and commercialization activities to drive product and IP success.

Support AI/cloud power management by validating digital multiphase controllers and Smart Power Stages in the lab, model converters with SIMPLIS/MATLAB, develop EVBs and thermal/layout designs, automate lab testing, and produce datasheets, performance reports, and application notes.
