Develop, validate, and maintain ATE test solutions from NPI through production. Support qualification, characterization, yield analysis, and customer returns. Build scalable test hardware/software, perform debugging and instrumentation measurements, lead reviews, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with product, quality, and external partners to enable production ramps.

Manage design, vendor coordination, and production release of ATE hardware (loadboards, probe cards, test sockets, change kits). Review schematics, layouts, BOMs, support first-article builds, debug, maintain inventory, and interface with ATE test engineering for NPI.

Lead end-to-end supply chain planning for high-performance computing product lines: own monthly revenue forecasts, capacity and wafer-start planning, backlog and escalation management, inventory and risk mitigation, and deliver data-driven reporting to align Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to meet revenue and customer commitments.

Design and deliver advanced semiconductor package solutions (FCBGA, SiP, WLCSP, power modules, chiplets). Execute package CAD layout, maintain CAD databases, generate manufacturing outputs, ensure DFM/DFAs and vendor/foundry compliance, and collaborate with SI/PI, thermal, reliability, silicon, and manufacturing teams throughout release cycles.
