Create clear, trustworthy content and messaging across Ethos’s consumer life insurance purchase journey. Responsibilities include writing product copy, shaping narratives, developing content standards, partnering with Product, Design, Research, and Analytics, using AI tools, conducting customer research, and testing content through analytics, A/B testing, and usability research. The role is hands-on and contributes to content design practices, regulatory clarity, and measurable business outcomes.

Partners with Product, Engineering, Compliance, CX, and carrier teams to improve workflows, resolve incidents, support product launches, and maintain operational controls. Manage a portfolio of pending life insurance applications, diagnose root causes of delays, coordinate with carriers and internal teams to drive cases to issue, build reporting and analyze trends, and recommend process improvements. Use Salesforce and analytics tools to track status and resolve systemic blockers.

The Senior IT Engineer will design a cloud-based IT environment, enhance security practices, implement automation, lead projects, and mentor team members.
