Execute the BSA/AML financial crimes compliance program for U.S. personal loans and credit cards. Investigate AML and sanctions alerts, maintain case records, prepare reports, support audits and regulatory requests, conduct risk assessments, and escalate unusual activity. Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, bank partners, and regulators while identifying automation opportunities and supporting front-line queues during periods of high volume.
