Support global sales teams by maintaining HubSpot and CRM data, generating reports and dashboards, flagging data issues, keeping playbooks updated, coordinating process rollouts, and standardizing regional ways of working.

Provide connectivity support for Rezdy and Checkfront customers by mapping products to OTA portals, liaising with OTA reps, becoming an expert in key integrations, ensuring distribution-friendly product setup, coordinating with sales/onboarding/technical teams, and explaining technical concepts clearly.

Build polished, maintainable React-based front-end product experiences; evolve front-end architecture and component patterns; translate ambiguous product ideas into executable plans; collaborate with product and design; prioritize UX quality, testing, and pragmatic tradeoffs; mentor and raise team effectiveness at the Staff level.
