Support the UI team to design, prototype, and test user interfaces aligned to Standard Bank design standards. Gather and validate requirements, conduct research and user journeys, develop user-centric solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure designs meet data and business objectives to improve customer experience and adoption.

Manage a portfolio of affluent clients, build and retain relationships, provide financial advisory and cross-selling, prepare credit applications, collaborate with internal partners, and grow segment market share and profitability.
