Own end-to-end product design at Schoolhouse: set design vision, scope and ship features in Figma, create visual/brand assets, run user research and usability studies with students, maintain and grow the design system, and collaborate closely with engineers and PMs to deliver scalable, delightful experiences.

Operate as the President's right hand to launch 0-to-1 strategic projects, manage high-stakes external partnerships and donors, and run the organization's operating rhythm. Lead validation experiments, drive cross-functional execution across HR/legal/finance, represent Schoolhouse to partners, and improve core workflows like hiring and retreats to advance the 2028 vision.

The Senior Software Engineer will build full-stack features, work closely with designers, and enhance user experiences, while ensuring code maintainability and safety. Responsibilities include experimenting with ideas and writing readable code.
