Own end-to-end product design across research, problem definition, prototyping, implementation, launch, and iteration. Shape product direction with engineering, CX, and executive partners; engage directly with customers; create polished interfaces for complex FP&A workflows; use AI throughout the design process; and improve team practices, design patterns, feedback, and product quality.

Build a repeatable expansion playbook, partner with Customer Success Managers on account strategy, engage CFOs and finance teams, track account health signals, and develop enough product fluency to discuss implementations and technical questions credibly. Identify at-risk accounts and coordinate retention strategies with leadership.

Own and scale client-facing data transformation pipelines for financial and operational data. Build reliable analytical models, data integrity tests, and integrations across diverse sources. Partner with Customer Success and Engineering to troubleshoot data issues, optimize critical pipelines, establish engineering standards, and improve developer experience. Use dbt, SQL, Python, BigQuery, and AI-enabled workflows to deliver performant, well-documented FP&A data products while mentoring teammates and contributing to hiring and onboarding.

Configure solutions, answer finance and product questions, translate AI capabilities into business value, and guide technical evaluations through decision. Engage CFOs and senior finance stakeholders while partnering with go-to-market, Product, and Engineering teams to improve positioning and roadmap decisions.

Own Aleph’s shared AI foundation, including model selection and routing, proxy infrastructure, context management, tool design, and evaluation systems. Ship production agentic features using prompt engineering, caching, parallel tool calls, and subagents. Build observability for agent performance, collaborate with customers and finance experts to define quality standards, and drive adoption of reliable AI systems across product teams.

Own major product surfaces across Aleph’s FP&A platform, leading features from customer discovery through launch and iteration. Build performant spreadsheet-grade interfaces over large financial datasets, design robust data models and APIs, develop AI-native features involving orchestration, tool calls, and retrieval, and improve engineering standards through high-quality code and reviews. The role requires strong full-stack fundamentals, customer engagement, technical leadership, pragmatism, and experience building complex B2B products.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales for an AI-native FP&A platform: qualify prospects, deliver personalized demos, design trials with Solutions/Data teams, negotiate and close deals, and partner with Product and Engineering to improve the product.

Own onboarding and adoption for PE-backed customers, improve FP&A setups using Aleph, build trusted partnerships, monitor usage to drive adoption, and surface customer feedback to product and engineering.

Lead integrated B2B demand generation across paid, content, webinars, events, email, lifecycle and partnerships. Own paid strategy, budget allocation, testing, and conversion optimization. Grow qualified inbound pipeline, improve attribution and reporting, and build nurture/re-engagement programs to move prospects to qualified opportunities.
