Serve as primary contact for Kroger divisions and vendors on the GlobalWorx platform. Drive platform adoption, retention, and operational improvements by managing accounts, conducting reviews, onboarding and training, coordinating cross-functional issue resolution, executing field operations to improve distributor service and in-stock rates, generating analytical insights, and managing multiple projects with retailer, distributor, and manufacturer stakeholders.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance software. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, own features through deployment, mentor peers, perform code reviews, optimize performance, and integrate AI-assisted development workflows.
