Leads architecture and hands-on development of a cloud-native AWS platform using React, TypeScript, and backend APIs. Establishes platform-wide engineering standards, designs integrations across domain services, drives scalability, security, observability, automated testing, and performance, and mentors engineers across multiple teams. Build relationships with higher education leaders, conduct tailored demonstrations, expand existing accounts, maintain Salesforce pipelines and forecasts, support renewals, identify cancellation risks, and use customer and market intelligence to inform sales and retention strategies.
